With this tour-friendly version, the Italian manufacturer has expanded the family of adventure bikes. It will be sold in the Indian market alongside other bikes of the family filling the gap between standard DesertX and the DesertX Rally. Ducati has expanded its adventure motorcycle lineup in India with the launch of the DesertX Discovery, priced at ₹21.78 lakh (ex-showroom). This model is positioned between the standard DesertX and the top-tier DesertX Rally.

Engine and Performance: Powered by a 937cc Testastretta 11° L-Twin engine, it delivers 108.5 bhp at 9,250 rpm and 92 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox featuring Ducati Quick Shift for seamless gear transitions.
Design and Aesthetics: The motorcycle sports a distinctive black and Ducati Red color scheme with easily replaceable decals, enhancing its rugged appeal.
Touring Enhancements: Designed for long-distance adventures, it comes equipped with a touring windscreen to reduce wind fatigue, heated grips for comfort in colder conditions, and aluminum panniers for ample storage.
