Powering the CVO Road Glide RR is the Screamin Eagle 131 engine that is an enlarged version of Harley’s 1,982cc motor. With a displacement of 2,147cc, this engine revs to a redline of 6,500rpm and produces 152bhp and 204Nm of peak torque. Making it further performance-oriented is the kerb weight which is 22.7kg lighter than the CVO Road Glide ST, the motorcycle it is based on. That said, the RR is still quite heavy at 356kg. The company has managed to reduce weight by employing plenty of carbon fibre for its bodywork.
Harley-Davidson has unveiled its most powerful production motorcycle to date—the 2025 CVO Road Glide RR. This limited-edition model draws inspiration from the brand's participation in the MotoAmerica Mission King of the Baggers racing series and showcases significant advancements in performance and design.
Key Features:
Engine and Performance: At the heart of the CVO Road Glide RR is the Screamin' Eagle 131 V-Twin engine, boasting 153 horsepower at 5,750 RPM and 150 lb-ft of torque at 4,750 RPM. This engine represents the most potent Milwaukee-Eight variant ever factory-installed in a Harley-Davidson model.
Design and Styling: The motorcycle features a distinctive livery inspired by Harley-Davidson's factory racing team, with a Racing Orange color scheme that transitions into a Bar & Shield logo pattern across the bodywork. Select areas reveal a carbon-fiber weave pattern under a clearcoat finish, enhancing its high-performance aesthetic.
Chassis and Suspension: Equipped with a billet aluminum swingarm that's 10% lighter and stiffer than standard versions, the CVO Road Glide RR also includes a 43mm inverted Öhlins FGR 253 hypersport Superbike fork and dual remote reservoir shocks. These components collectively improve handling and stability.
Braking System: The motorcycle is fitted with Brembo GP4-RX CNC calipers and floating T-Drive rotors, offering enhanced stopping power and control.
Exclusivity and Pricing: Production is limited to 131 hand-assembled units, each retailing at $110,000. This exclusivity underscores the model's premium positioning within Harley-Davidson's lineup.
The introduction of the CVO Road Glide RR marks a significant milestone for Harley-Davidson, merging racing-inspired performance with the brand's signature design elements. This model not only reflects the company's engineering prowess but also its dedication to offering unique, high-performance motorcycles to enthusiasts.
