Is This The Tata Altroz Facelift?

Tata Motors is testing what is said to be a facelifted version of the Altroz premium hatchback, courtesy of spy images shared on the web. Although the model has been updated with multiple new variants in the past, this will be the first significant update for the car since its launch five years ago.

Is This The Tata Altroz Facelift
As seen in the spy image, the Altroz facelift is expected to get a revised fascia, which will include a revised bumper, tweaked headlamps, and a fresh set of alloy wheels all around. Changes to the interior remain unknown, however, we expect it to have certain features such as the larger 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system offered in other Tata cars, and new upholstery.
Recent spy images suggest that Tata Motors is preparing a facelift for the Altroz hatchback. The camouflaged test vehicles reveal several anticipated updates:
Exterior Changes:
Front Bumper: A revised design with vertical creases below the fog lamps has been observed, indicating a sharper aesthetic.
Lighting: The rear tail-lights are expected to feature new LED elements, enhancing the vehicle's modern look.
Interior Updates:
Infotainment System: The facelift may introduce a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen, potentially available across various trims.
Comfort Features: There's speculation about the addition of ventilated front seats, especially in higher-end variants.
Engine Options:
The updated Altroz is likely to retain its current engine lineup:
1.2L Naturally Aspirated Petrol: 87bhp and 115Nm torque.
1.2L Turbocharged Petrol: 109bhp and 140Nm torque.
1.5L Diesel: Specific power figures remain consistent with the existing model.
These enhancements aim to bolster the Altroz's appeal in the competitive premium hatchback segment. While an official launch date hasn't been announced, the frequency of test sightings suggests a debut in the coming months.
